New Issue: Barclays prices $6.23 million contingent income autocalls on three stocks

By Wendy Van Sickle

Columbus, Ohio, Jan. 26 – Barclays Bank plc priced $6.23 million of contingent income autocallable securities due Jan. 28, 2026 linked to the least performing of the stocks of Lockheed Martin Corp., Northrop Grumman Corp. and Raytheon Technologies Corp., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes pay a contingent quarterly coupon at the rate of 15.5% per year if each stock closes at or above its coupon barrier, 70% of its initial level, on any trading day that period.

Starting July 24, the notes will be automatically called at par plus the coupon if each stock closes at or above its initial level on any observation date other than the final one.

If each stock finishes at or above its downside threshold level, 60% of its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the final coupon, if any. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the least performing stock declines from its initial level.

Barclays is the agent. Morgan Stanley Wealth Management is acting as a selected dealer.
