New Issue: Barclays prices $1.16 million buffered SuperTrack notes tied to S&P 500

Buffalo, N.Y., Dec. 20 – Barclays Bank plc priced $1.16 million of 0% buffered SuperTrack notes due May 15, 2024 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 200% of any index gain, up to a maximum payout of par plus 23.6%.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 10% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond 10%.

Barclays is the agent.
