New Issue: Barclays prices $3.2 million step-down trigger autocallable notes on indexes

Columbus, Ohio, Dec. 13 – Barclays Bank plc priced $3.2 million 0% step-down trigger autocallable notes due Dec. 11, 2025 linked to the least performing of the S&P 500 index, the Russell 2000 index and the Nasdaq-100 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be automatically called at par of $10 plus 8.43% annually if each index closes above its initial level on any quarterly valuation date after one year or above its 70% downside threshold level on the final valuation date.

If the notes are not called and the worst performing index finishes below its downside threshold level, investors will be fully exposed to its losses.
