New Issue: Barclays sells $14.46 million capped market-linked notes on S&P 500

Columbus, Ohio, Dec. 2 – Barclays Bank plc priced $14.46 million of 0% market-linked securities with upside participation to a cap and principal return at maturity due June 2, 2025 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus any gain in the index, subject to a maximum payout of par plus 22%.
Otherwise, investors will receive par.
