Columbus, Ohio, Nov. 9 – Barclays Bank plc priced $3.88 million of 0% notes due Nov. 7, 2025 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 525B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain, subject to a maximum return of par plus 39%.
If the index falls or is flat, investors will receive par.
