New Issue: Barclays prices $4.18 million barrier SuperTrack notes linked to S&P

Buffalo, N.Y., Sept. 26 – Barclays Bank plc priced $4.18 million of 0% barrier SuperTrack notes due Oct. 27, 2023 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index’s return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 300% of the index’s return, subject to a maximum payout of par plus 19%.
Investors will be fully exposed to any index decline.
