New Issue: Barclays sells $416,000 buffered SuperTrack notes on S&P 500

Chicago, July 5 – Barclays Bank plc priced $416,000 of 0% buffered SuperTrack notes due June 27, 2024 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index finishes above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus two times the index return up to par plus 18%.
If the index falls by up to 10%, the payout will be par. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% index decline beyond 10%.
