New Issue: Barclays prices $987,000 barrier SuperTrack notes linked to S&P, Nasdaq

Chicago, Feb. 28 – Barclays Bank plc priced $987,000 of 0% barrier SuperTrack notes due April 30, 2025 linked to the least performing of the S&P 500 index and the Nasdaq-100 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the least-performing index’s return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.15 times the least-performing index’s return, subject to a maximum return of par plus 53%.

If the least-performing index declines by 30% or less, the payout will be par. Investors will lose 1% for each 1% that the least-performing index declines from its initial level if it falls by more than 30%.
