New Issue: Barclays prices $1.31 million buffered SuperTrack notes linked to Dow, Russell

Chicago, Dec. 22 – Barclays Bank plc priced $1.31 million of 0% buffered SuperTrack notes due Aug. 31, 2026 linked to the lesser performing of the Dow Jones industrial average and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the lesser-performing index’s return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus the lesser-performing index’s return.
If the lesser-performing index declines by 16.5% or less, the payout will be par. Investors will lose 1% for each 1% that the lesser-performing index declines beyond 16.5%.
