New Issue: Barclays sells $9.23 million buffered PLUS linked to Xtrackers Harvest CSI 300 China A-Shares

Columbus, Ohio, Nov. 29 – Barclays Bank plc priced $9.23 million of 0% buffered Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due May 23, 2024 linked to the Xtrackers Harvest CSI 300 China A-Shares ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the ETF return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus double the ETF return, capped at $12.15 per PLUS. Investors will receive par if the ETF declines by 10% or less and will lose 1% for every 1% that the ETF declines beyond 10%.

Barclays is the agent with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management as a dealer.
