New Issue: Barclays sells $2.19 million leveraged barrier notes tied to Dow, S&P

Buffalo, N.Y., Oct. 12 – Barclays Bank plc priced $2.19 million of 0% leveraged barrier notes due July 29, 2027 linked to the least performing of the Dow Jones industrial average and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.2 times of any gain in the least performing index.
If the least performing index falls by up to 25%, the payout will be par.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the worst performer from its initial level.
