New Issue: Barclays sells $3 million market-linked notes on Euro Stoxx 50

Buffalo, N.Y., Sept. 21 – Barclays Bank plc priced $3 million of 0% market-linked notes due July 6, 2028 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain, subject to a maximum payout of par plus 60%. If the index falls, the payout will be par.

Barclays is the agent with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management as selected dealer.
