By Jennifer Chiou

New York, Oct. 1 - Barclays Bank plc plans to price 0% SuperTrack notes due Oct. 31, 2012 linked to a basket of indexes, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The equally weighted basket will include the MSCI Taiwan, MSCI Singapore Free and Nikkei 225 indexes.

Payout at maturity will be par plus twice any gain on the basket. Investors will receive par if the final basket level is below the initial level but the basket never closes below 60% of the initial level during the life of the notes. Otherwise, investors will share in losses.

The notes will price on Oct. 26 and settle on Oct. 31.

Barclays Capital will be the agent.
