New Issue: Barclays sells $7.25 million autocallable notes on Russell, Nasdaq, S&P
By William Gullotti
Buffalo, N.Y., July 28 – Barclays Bank plc priced $7.25 million of autocallable notes due July 25, 2024 linked to the performance of the S&P 500 index, the Nasdaq-100 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be automatically called at par plus an annualized 8.5% call premium if the indexes close above their initial levels on any quarterly call date after one year.
If the notes are not called and each index finishes above the 70% barrier level, the payout at maturity will be par. Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the worst performer’s decline from its initial level.
