New Issue: Barclays sells $3.35 million buffered PLUS linked to iShares MSCI Emerging Markets

Chicago, July 21 – Barclays Bank plc priced $3.35 million of 0% buffered Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Dec. 5, 2023 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the ETF return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus double the ETF return, capped at $11.96 per PLUS. Investors will receive par if the ETF declines by 10% or less and will lose 1% for every 1% that the ETF declines beyond 10%.
Barclays is the agent with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management as a selected dealer.
