New Issue: Barclays prices $1.19 million digital notes linked to American Airlines

Buffalo, N.Y., June 25 – Barclays Bank plc priced $1.19 million of 0% digital notes due July 5, 2022 linked to the common stock of American Airlines Group Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the stock return is greater than or equal to negative 30%, the payout at maturity will be par of $10,000 plus 15.15%. Otherwise, investors will receive 452 American Airlines shares plus 0.28403 fractional shares in cash or, at the issuer’s option, an amount in cash equal to the value of those 452.28403 shares.
