Chicago, June 1 – Barclays Bank plc priced $7.1 million of 0% Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Aug. 11, 2022 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the final fund level is greater than the initial fund level, the payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 200% of the fund return, subject to a maximum return of 18%.
Investors will be fully exposed to any fund decline.
Barclays is the agent with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management handling distribution.
