New Issue: Barclays sells $511,000 buffered SuperTrack notes tied to the Dow

Los Angeles, May 17 – Barclays Bank plc priced $511,000 of 0% buffered SuperTrack notes due March 31, 2026 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the index return, capped at 29.5%.

If the index falls by up to 20%, the payout will be par. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% index decline beyond 20%.
