New Issue: Barclays sells $4.93 million buffered digital notes tied to S&P 500

Los Angeles, May 17 – Barclays Bank plc priced $4.93 million of 0% buffered digital notes due March 30, 2023 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index finishes at or above 90% of its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 10.5%.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% index decline beyond 10%.
