New Issue: Barclays prices $2.71 million buffered SuperTrack notes on EM ETF

Chicago, May 10 – Barclays Bank plc priced $2.71 million of 0% buffered SuperTrack notes due Feb. 28, 2023 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times any gain in the ETF up to a maximum payout of par plus 22.15%.

If the ETF falls by up to 10%, the payout will be par.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 10%.

Barclays is the agent.
