New Issue: Barclays prices $3.26 million buffered SuperTrack notes tied to Russell

Columbus, Ohio, Feb. 26 – Barclays Bank plc priced $3.26 million of 0% buffered SuperTrack notes due Jan. 19, 2023 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.25 times any index gain, up to a maximum return of par plus 20.6%.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 15% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond 15%.

Barclays is the agent.
