New Issue: Barclays prices $816,000 barrier SuperTrack notes linked to S&P, Nasdaq

Columbus, Ohio, Dec. 31 – Barclays Bank plc priced $816,000 of 0% barrier SuperTrack notes due Dec. 27, 2024 linked to the lesser performing of the Nasdaq-100 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the lesser-performing index’s return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.15 times the lesser-performing index’s return, up to a maximum payout of par plus 50%. If the lesser-performing index declines by 30% or less, the payout will be par. Investors will lose 1% for each 1% that the lesser-performing index declines from its initial level if it falls by more than 30%.
