New Issue: Barclays sells $1.78 million buffered SuperTrack notes tied to S&P, Dow

Columbus, Ohio, Dec. 4 – arclays Bank plc priced $1.78 million of 0% buffered SuperTrack notes due Nov. 28, 2025 tied to the S&P 500 index and the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus any gain the lesser performing index, capped at par plus 64%.

Investors will receive par if the index finishes flat or falls by 15% or less.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond 15%.
