New Issue: Barclays sells $750,000 buffered notes linked to Russell, Nasdaq

Columbus, Ohio, Dec. 3 – Barclays Bank plc priced $750,000 of buffered notes due Nov. 29, 2023 linked to the least performing of the Nasdaq-100 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will pay a contingent quarterly coupon at an annualized rate of 5% if both indexes close above the 75% coupon barrier on the related observation date.

If the final level of each index is greater than or equal to negative 10%, the payout at maturity will be par.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 10%.
