New Issue: Barclays sells $466,000 buffered SuperTrack notes tied to S&P 500

Chicago, Dec. 3 – Barclays Bank plc priced $466,000 of 0% buffered SuperTrack notes due March 30, 2022 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 2 times the index return, capped at par plus 12.1%.
If the index declines up to 10%, investors will receive par. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond the 10% buffer.
