New Issue: Barclays prices $311,000 buffered digital notes on Nasdaq, S&P

Chicago, Oct. 29 – Barclays Bank plc priced $311,000 of 0% buffered digital notes due Oct. 27, 2022 linked to the lesser performing of the Nasdaq-100 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the final level of the least performing index is greater than or equal to its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 20%.

If the final level of the worst performer declines, but not below 85% of its initial level, the payout will be par.

If the final level of the least performing index is less than 85% of its initial level, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline of the worst performer beyond the 15% buffer.
