New Issue: Barclays sells $549,000 autocallable notes on Russell, Nasdaq, S&P

Columbus, Ohio, Oct. 20 – Barclays Bank plc priced $549,000 of 0% autocallable notes due Oct. 20, 2023 linked to the least performing of the S&P 500 index, the Nasdaq-100 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be called at par plus a 12% annualized premium if each index closes at or above its initial level on any semiannual call observation date after six months.

The payout at maturity will be par unless any index finishes below 60% of its initial value, in which case investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the least performing index.
