Barclays plans SuperTrack barrier notes tied to S&P 500

New York, Oct. 5 – Barclays Bank plc plans to price 0% SuperTrack notes due Oct. 28, 2025 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.2 times any index gain.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 25% and will be fully exposed to any losses if the index finishes below its 75% barrier level.

Barclays is the agent.

The notes will price on Oct. 23 and settle on Oct. 28.

The Cusip number is 06747QM20.
