New Issue: Barclays sells $85,000 barrier SuperTrack notes due 2025 linked to S&P

New York, Sept. 14 – Barclays Bank plc priced $85,000 of 0% barrier SuperTrack notes due Sept. 5, 2025 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.25 times any index gain.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 25% and will be fully exposed to any losses if the index finishes below the 75% barrier level.
