New Issue: Barclays prices $7.13 million buffered SuperTrack notes linked to Dow

Chicago, Aug. 28 – Barclays Bank plc priced $7.13 million of 0% buffered SuperTrack notes due Feb. 25, 2022 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index return is greater than zero, the payout at maturity will be par plus the index return, capped at 16% If the index return is flat or negative but the index declines by no more than the 15% buffer, the payout will be par.
Investors will be exposed to losses beyond the buffer.
