Barclays plans to price buffered SuperTrack notes linked to S&P

Olympia, Wash., Aug. 27 – Barclays Bank plc plans to price 0% buffered SuperTrack notes due Sept. 1, 2022 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus twice the index gain, up to a maximum payout of par plus 13.5%.

If the index falls by up to 10%, the payout will be par.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 10%.

Barclays is the agent.

The notes will price on Aug. 28.

The Cusip number is 06747QF690.
