New Issue: Barclays sells $5.37 million buffered SuperTrack notes tied to S&P

Columbus, Ohio, June 4 – Barclays Bank plc priced $5.37 million of 0% buffered SuperTrack notes due May 29, 2025 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain.
If the index falls by up to 17%, the payout will be par.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 17%.
