New Issue: Barclays prices $8.38 million Accelerated Return Notes on S&P 500

Columbus, Ohio, June 2 – Barclays Bank plc priced $8.38 million of 0% Accelerated Return Notes due May 27, 2022 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus triple any index gain, up to a maximum return of 16.25%. Investors will be exposed to any index decline.
