New Issue: Barclays sells $520,000 digital notes linked to Bank of America

Columbus, Ohio, May 21 – Barclays Bank plc priced $520,000 of 0% digital notes due June 3, 2021 linked to the common stock of Bank of America Corp., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the final share price is greater than or equal to 80% of the initial share price, the payout at maturity will be par of $10,000 plus 14%.

If the stock finishes below the 80% buffer value, investors will receive 583.09038 BofA shares, which is equal to $10,000 divided by the buffer value.

Barclays is the agent. JPMorgan is the placement agent.
