New Issue: Barclays sells $830,000 SuperTrack notes tied to S&P 500
Chicago, May 13 – Barclays Bank plc priced $830,000 of 0% SuperTrack notes due April 29, 2022 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus three times the increase in the index return, subject to a maximum return of par plus 28%.
Otherwise, investors will be exposed to any losses in the index.
