Barclays to offer buffered SuperTrack notes linked to S&P 500

Los Angeles, April 8 – Barclays Bank plc plans to price 0% buffered SuperTrack notes due April 14, 2025 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.1 times the index return.
If the index falls by up to 20%, the payout will be par. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% index decline beyond 20%.
Barclays is the agent.
The notes will price on April 9.
The Cusip number is 06747PLX5.
