Charlotte, N.C., Dec. 16 – Korian-Medica issued a €358.5 million Schuldschein with maturities of five, six and seven years, or an average maturity of 6.1 years, and a mix of fixed and floating rates.
The Schuldschein was upsized from €125 million due to demand, according to a company news release.
Various European and Asian institutional investors subscribed to the offer, which enables the company to diversify its financing sources and strengthen its financial structure.
Paris-based Korian-Medica manages nursing homes and specialist follow-up care and rehabilitation clinics.
