Barclays Bank Delaware to price five-year CDs linked to Russell 2000

Columbus, Ohio, June 13 – Barclays Bank Delaware plans to price 0% certificates of deposit due June 29, 2021 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a term sheet.

The payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of (i) the sum of the quarterly returns, up to a local cap of 3.5% to 4% and (ii) the minimum return of 2.5%. The exact local cap will be set at pricing.

Barclays is the agent. Incapital LLC is the distributor.

The CDs will price June 24 and settle June 29.

The Cusip number is 06740FER5.
