Barclays Bank Delaware plans CDs due 2019 on Russell 2000 index

New York, July 3 – Barclays Bank Delaware plans to price 0% certificates of deposit due July 30, 2019 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a term sheet.
The payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of 5% and the sum of the quarterly returns, up to a local cap of 4% to 4.5%. The exact cap will be set at pricing.
The CDs (Cusip: 06740AW39) are expected to price on July 25 and settle on July 31.
