Barclays Bank Delaware plans protected CDs due 2020 linked to the Dow

Madison, Wis., March 4 - Barclays Bank Delaware plans to price certificates of deposit due March 26, 2020 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a term sheet.

The payout maturity will be par plus 100% to 120% of any index gain, with the exact participation rate to be set at pricing.

If the index falls, the payout will be par.

Barclays is the agent.

The CDs will price on March 22 and settle on March 28.

The Cusip number is 06740AYH6.
