Fitch rates Energica Eolica notes BBB-

Fitch Ratings said it assigned a BBB- long-term rating to Energia Eolica’s $204 million senior notes due 2034.

The outlook is stable.

Energia Eolica issued $204 million of senior secured notes with a legal maturity in 2034, the agency said.

The ratings reflect the company’s moderate operation risk, Fitch said.

The ratings also consider the risks associated with the recent start of operations of wind farm facilities over a 20-year term, the agency said.

Favorably, the project benefits from proven turbine technology and initial operating support from the manufacturer, Fitch said.
