S&P affirms Larrain Vial

S&P said it affirmed the BBB long-term and A-2 short-term issuer credit ratings on Larrain Vial SA Corredora de Bolsa. The outlook remains negative.

The stand-alone credit profile is bbb.

The agency said the ratings reflect Larrain Vial’s solid business position as one of the largest brokerage houses in Chile with good business diversification, its expected risk-adjusted capital ratio of 10%-15% during the next 12-18 months supported by its good earning capacity, and its prudent risk management with adequate controls.
