Portland, Ore., Dec. 10 – Kiko Milano and Kiko SpA privately placed €100 million of 6˝% six-year senior secured notes, according to a company prospectus dated Dec. 4.
The notes priced at 99.59 resulting in a yield of 6.584%.
UBS Investment bank was the placement agent.
The Milan-based cosmetics company plans to use the proceeds to refinance debt and for general corporate purposes.
