S&P rates Columbia Pipeline senior debt BBB-

Standard & Poor’s said it assigned its BBB- corporate credit and senior unsecured issue-level ratings to Columbia Pipeline Group Inc. The outlook is stable.

“Our ratings on CPG reflect our assessment of its ‘strong’ business risk profile and ‘aggressive’ financial risk profile,” said S&P credit analyst Nora Pickens in a news release.
