Dryden 36 Senior Loan Fund to redeem five classes of notes April 15

Olympia, Wash., April 2 – Dryden 36 Senior Loan Fund/Dryden 36 Senior Loan Fund LLC will redeem five classes of secured notes using refinancing proceeds on April 15 at the direction of a majority of its subordinated noteholders, according to a notice.

The following notes will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest through the redemption date:

• $434 million of class A-R notes due 2028;

• $85.4 million of class B-R notes due 2028;

• $60.2 million of class C-R notes due 2028;

• $36.4 million of class D-R notes due 2028; and

• $28.7 million of class E-R notes due 2028.

The subordinated notes will not be redeemed.
