New Issue: Citizens Bank prices $650 million 4.119% three-year fixed-to-floaters

Columbus, Ohio, May 18 – Citizens Bank, NA priced $650 million of 4.119% three-year fixed-to-floating rate senior notes on Wednesday, according to a news release.
BofA Securities, Inc., Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and Citizens Capital Markets, Inc. were the bookrunners.
Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.
The bank is based in Providence, R.I.
