Moody’s ups Autoroutes Paris-Rhin, debt to Baa2

Moody's Investors Service said it upgraded to Baa2 from Baa3 the senior unsecured rating of Autoroutes Paris-Rhin-Rhone SA (APRR).

Concurrently, the agency upgraded the provisional rating on the company's €6 billion medium-term note program to provisional Baa2 from provisional Baa3.

The outlook is stable.

Moody’s said the upgrade recognizes the continued positive traffic trends on Autoroutes Paris-Rhin’s network, which the agency expects to lead to improved credit metrics on a consolidated basis, including debt at its holding company Eiffarie, which will be commensurate with the Baa2 rating category.
