Italy’s Manutencoop to price €420 million five-year notes on Friday

Portland, Ore., June 22 – Italy’s Manutencoop Facility Management SpA plans to price €420 million of five-year senior secured notes on Friday, according to a market source.

JP Morgan Securities plc is leading the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal. UniCredit is a stabilization manager.

The notes come with two years of call protection.

The issuing entity will be special purpose vehicle CMF SpA.

The Bologna, Italy-based facilities management company plans to use the proceeds to repay debt.
