New Issue: Fort Wayne, Ind., brings to market $63 million waterworks revenue bonds

New York, Nov. 17 – The City of Fort Wayne, Ind., sold $63 million of series 2014 waterworks revenue bonds, according to a term sheet.

The bonds are due 2015 to 2034 with 2% to 4% coupons and yields from 0.38% to 3.7%.

The bonds were sold competitively.

Proceeds will be used to acquire and integrate the southwest territory of Utility Center, Inc., doing business as Aqua Indiana Inc., into the city’s municipal water system.
