Bank Saudi Fransi plans five-year dollar-denominated bond offering

Atlanta, March 23 - Saudi Arabia's Banque Saudi Fransi is planning a dollar-denominated benchmark-sized offering of bonds, according to a market source.

The issuer has met with investors in Europe, Asia and the United Arab Emirates. Other details were not available Tuesday.

Banque Saudi Fransi is a banking company.
